Julie Corbo is the dream real estate agent. First of all, she knows The market and the sales process inside and out. She's a pro. As we Searched for a home and made an offer, Julie was incredibly helpful and supportive. Every question and concern was answered in a flash. Julie is so warm And has a great sense of humor. Our realtor, Julie Corbo with Schweppe in Montclair, was fabulous! When we were first considering putting our house on the market, she brought a team of three experienced realtors to our house to walk through it and give us an estimate of a potential sale price.
After we made the decision to sell our house, Julie's advice was instrumental throughout the entire process. In developing our strategy for timing the open house, she considered upcoming holidays, potential closing dates to match the school calendar, and most importantly, our needs in finding a new home. Before the open house, she walked through our house and told us how to de-clutter and rearrange furniture to show the house at its best. We took a big leap of faith and followed her directions exactly. We rented a storage unit, packed away the excess toys and clutter, rearranged the furniture, and all of our hard work was quickly rewarded with two offers on our very first day on the market! We recently bought a home in Montclair through Julie Corbo. Buying a house was an experience we thought would never happen to us. We met Julie when our apartment went up for sale. We had been renting for 13 years and Julie was determined to help us buy a home.
Both my husband and I work in freelance professions. Julie put us in touch with a mortgage company that would handle our freelance status.
